In a practical sense, how I operate is to recycle, reduce or reuse wherever possible.
I maintain a low emission diesel vehicle to travel in unless I can practicably get there by other means such as on foot or by bus.
As far as is possible, all stationary and products are sustainably sourced or are recycled and have ethical manufacturing processes. I will always look locally,regionally, nationally and then nearest international neighbour to source products and goods first.
I try to choose local over conglomerate giants and will support eco friendly businesses first.
I predominantly eat organic,minimal meat content, local produce (if I haven’t grown it myself). Good nutrition is hugely important to me and the work I do and I am currently thriving on green smoothies and the raw revolution of living foods.
